What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a non-invasive therapeutic practice that helps bring about mental, emotional and physical well-being. Using a variety of techniques, such as quartz singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, weighted and unweighted tuning forks, both on and off the body, sound healing and vibrational therapy are proven practices to help reset the autonomic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Using specific and established protocols, sound healing can assist with brainwave entrainment, an effective treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia and PTSD.
-
What is Vibrational Therapy?
Vibrational therapy is a branch of sound healing, that uses specialized tuning forks with specific musical intervals and frequencies, on joints, muscles, accupressure points and meridians. It is helpful as a complimentary treatment for arthritis, gout and generally reducing inflamation in the body.
-
What is Biofield Tuning?
Biofield tuning is a practice that involves identifying and moving energetic blocks, in and around the body, as well as balancing chakras for enhanced well-being, both mentally and physically.

What People Are Saying
“I started sound therapy because it felt like something was missing from my traditional methods of treatment and I was willing to try alternative medicine. After my sessions I felt calm, relaxed and safe. I noticed improvements in sleep, digestion, and overall mood. I can’t explain why but it helped to improve some of my most severe ptsd symptoms.”
— Andrea M, client
“For me, I value these session because it allows me to see (hear :) ) where I can work on myself. I’m not asking that the sound heal me, rather I am looking for what the sound reveals in my body. With that info I can talk with my healer about how to go about healing what is revealed.”
— Mark P., client
